Requests have gone out to local companies to tender for the work of upgrading the heating system in the Hotel and also an electrical upgrade is required before we can install the professional kitchen equipment that we have already bought and we need that work done before we can give the go-ahead for the kitchen refurbishment.

We have been very busy this week welcoming contractors to the site to start the process of costing out the whole project in phases starting with the Ground Floor. Local firms have been invited to submit quotations for the work for which we are currently fund-raising. All our visitors have been very enthusiastic about the project and are keen to become involved.
