If you’re 18–21 and not currently in education, employment or training, this course is for you.
You’ll learn hands-on skills in:
- Cooking and food prep
- Customer service
- Bar and front-of-house roles
- How hospitality businesses work

- 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Choose morning or afternoon sessions (3 hours per day)
- Free meals and refreshments
